These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the terms and conditions governing your participation in the prevention of sexual harassment training program provided by POSH Training center. By enrolling in or accessing the training program, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Eligibility

Participation in the training program is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria specified by POSH Training center. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and ensure that you meet any prerequisites or requirements set by POSH Training center.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, and any other resources provided during the training program, are the intellectual property of POSH Training center. These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use the training materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use without obtaining prior written permission from POSH Training center.

Confidentiality

During the training program, you may be exposed to confidential and sensitive information shared by other participants or trainers. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third parties without the express consent of the involved parties or as required by law.

Non-Discrimination and Respectful Behavior

You agree to treat all participants, trainers, and POSH Training center staff with respect and dignity, refraining from any discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behavior based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic. POSH Training center reserves the right to take appropriate action, including immediate termination of your participation, if you engage in any conduct that violates this provision.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide during the registration process. POSH Training center will not be held liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POSH Training center and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the training program, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages.

Modification and Termination

POSH Training center reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the training program or any part thereof, including these Terms & Conditions, at any time and without prior notice. In case of termination, POSH Training center will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to participants.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and POSH Training center regarding your participation in the prevention of sexual harassment training program and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

By participating in the prevention of sexual harassment training program, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you should refrain from participating in the training program.
