A Comprehensive Package on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) is designed to provide organizations with a complete solution to effectively prevent, prohibit and redress incidents of sexual harassment at the workplace. It includes training programs for employees, managers, and members of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), as well as regular awareness sessions and refresher workshops to ensure a safe and respectful work environment.

Our package also offers bi-annual or annual POSH audits, which can be customized based on the organization’s specific business requirements and industry sector.
